Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa, Can Pastilla (Mallorca)

The hotel room was wheelchair accessible, overlooking the pool on the 5th floor. Initially, there was a sewerage smell for the first two days, but it was resolved. The bed was huge and very comfortable. However, the lack of bacon and fried eggs for English guests was noticeable, and the confusion about the board type was an issue for me. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were satisfactory, although some amenities like a kettle or fridge were missing.

The hotel is located just one street away from the beach, offering a first-class food experience with plenty of options. The rooms could use more storage and have an older decor, but the service, including exceptional staff like Daniel and Ricardo, is amazing. The dining experience is inclusive and value for money, with some areas for improvement. The location is a true paradise for cyclists, although it may have some noise issues and limited food choices. The overall experience is satisfactory with some minor drawbacks.
